We work with you to tailor curriculum to meet the unique needs of your family.
We can follow your curriculum, or supply our own.
Whatever we use, we will customize the lessons to fit
your child's interests and development progression.

Your child deserves unique and individualized care. We would like to provide that.
We believe building relationships is the foundation to all successful tutoring relationships.
1:1 support allows the tutor and student to focus solely on the needs of the child.
Using a combination of both relationship building and individualized instruction, we believe 1:1 support is the most efficient means to teach.

"We know that you don't have to be a 'licensed teacher' to educate your children, but it is nice to have someone available if you come to a subject you aren't comfortable with.
For me, fractions were the hardest. Up until college, I tried to avoid them at all costs. I just couldn't understand it, let alone try and teach it, and we know we aren't alone in this feeling.
Teachers As Tutors is here to support you when you come to a subject or content area that you don't feel confident teaching, whether that be fractions, multiplication, reading comprehension, etc. We know how much of a struggle it can be when your child just isn't "getting it", and we want to relieve some of that stress.
There are a few ways that we can help support you all as homeschool families. They are detailed in the section below.
